A booking is complete once the system has received payment confirmation and a booking reference or confirmation has been issued.

Timetables, journey durations, pick-up and drop-off points and other travel information may be changed by the operator because of traffic, weather, disruption, force majeure or other events beyond our control.

Passengers should arrive at the pick-up point ahead of the time specified by the operator.

Passengers are responsible for carrying the documents required for travel, such as an ID card, passport, visa or any other document required by an authority or operator.
